How to Build a Campfire for Cooking

I got my regular email from http://www.pioneerliving.net/ and clicked on the link to see what was new. While browsing I cam across the "How To" of building an open fire cooking pit. Always interested in what folks have to say on such things I checked it out and found it to be quite informative.

The Article basically lays out 4 simple steps:

1. Preparing the site
2. Laying the Kindling
3. Grading the coals
4. And finally cooking
